If you have access to equipment, you can join Lisa as she teaches these workouts for Balanced Body. Please note that the workouts were designed to offer a wide range of exercises for skilled practitioners with no injuries, so please modify or skip any sections that may not be appropriate. These videos were filmed pre-pandemic featuring the wonderful Jeannette Normington. Workshop Recording Available on LevelUp Movement!

The 90 minute workshop focused on knee-health and introduced strategies for improving efficiency and reducing stress on the knees.  The workshop was designed so that the concepts introduced can be done on the CoreAlign or with props. Once you understand the concepts, these tools can apply to a myriad of exercises on the Pilates equipment as well. Once you are registered you can view the replay at your convenience. Learn more.
