Santa Cruz Pilates Teacher Training: 2013 Schedule
Agile Monkey is proud to be a host site for Balanced Body, a comprehensive Pilates Instructor training program that is designed to create thoughtful, creative and successful Pilates teachers.
The Balanced Body program is modular in format, and offers courses in all levels of mat, equipment and Anatomy. To read more about the Balanced Body program, please check out the Balanced Body website.
We keep our class size limited to allow for lots of personal attention as well as mentoring and apprenticeship possibilities.

Between modules, students are expected to work on completing their course requirements (self-practice, observation and student teaching hours).
